RESERVATION REQUEST

To request a reservation, the applicant or their representative can complete our online form free of charge. Once the form is submitted, the chosen provider will be contacted. If the provider is able to accommodate the request, they will confirm the reservation via email. In certain situations, we may need to reach out to the applicant or user for further details or to resolve scheduling conflicts. To ensure prompt communication, it's crucial to provide us with accurate and up-to-date contact information.

RESERVATION FEE

Requesting a check ride through our platform is completely free of charge. However, once a provider has accepted your request and a specific calendar date has been confirmed, a $50.00 reservation fee will be required. Please note that this fee is not a deposit but rather a guarantee that the date is held for you.

It's important to be aware that if you choose to cancel your reservation, the fee is non-refundable. Additionally, if you need to reschedule your check ride, an additional fee will be required to hold the new date.

Our goal is to provide a seamless and efficient check ride experience, and we hope that our straightforward fee policy reflects that. If you have any questions or concerns about the reservation fee or any other aspect of our service, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. We are always here to help.

REFUNDS

If the provider is unable to provide the examination on the selected date or any other mutually agreed upon date, the reservation fee may be eligible for a refund. Please note that refunds are not issued automatically, and you will need to contact us to request a refund.

If you feel that there are extenuating circumstances or if you believe you are entitled to a refund, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are committed to providing the best possible service to our clients and will be happy to consider your request.

PROVIDER FEE

Provider fees are payable to the selected provider at the time of the appointment. Each provider sets their own rates for specific exams and locations, which may include travel fees. Full payment is required prior to starting the examination, and payment will not be refunded if the applicant is disqualified, discontinued, or fails.

Please note that if you cancel within one day, the provider may request full payment. Additionally, providers may have their own terms and conditions that are not mentioned here. It's important to carefully review and understand the provider's policies prior to booking your check ride.

Our Role

Please note that our primary role is to provide support, scheduling, and communication assistance for pilots seeking practical examinations, also known as check rides. We connect pilots with designated pilot examiners (DPEs) who conduct the examinations, and manage scheduling and communications between both parties. While we always strive to match you with a DPE who meets your needs and preferences for an exam, it is important to understand that we do not represent the DPE or influence their decisions.

Designated Pilot Examiners (DPE)

DPEs are independent professionals who are authorized by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) to conduct practical examinations for various pilot certificates and ratings. They operate under the guidelines and regulations set forth by the FAA, which oversees their activities. As such, we do not have control over their decision-making process or the outcomes of the practical examinations. By using our service, you acknowledge that we are not responsible for the actions, decisions, or performance of the DPEs.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall our company be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our service, including but not limited to, any decisions made by DPEs or any consequences arising from the practical examinations. Our sole responsibility is to provide support, scheduling, and communication assistance between pilots and DPEs.
